Single Origin & Small Batch – each batch is extracted from just one apiary offering the different botanical flavours and honey texture produced from each unique forage area. Each batch is labelled with its ‘Place of Forage’ as well as a Strength (depth) and Sweetness indicator.  

We produce our Certified Organic Honey in accordance to 'The National Standard for Organic and Bio-Dynamic Produce'. We are certified and audited by 'AUS-QUAL'. Our certification number is AQ610153. Our certified organic migratory apiaries are all located in the National Parks and State Forests of Victoria.

Our honey is 100% Pure Honey - No added anything.
