This season's Christmas Mallee variety is a mid-strength honey with flavours of Salted Caramel and Roasted Macadamia. 

Commonly known as Christmas Mallee, this mallee eucalypt is the most well distributed Mallee and is found growing in many parts of Australia. This honey was produced in the Annuello Flora and Fauna Reserve over the Christmas period.
