In the event that your purchase arrives to you broken or it is not what you ordered please get in touch immediately so that we can assess the issue and offer a refund or replacement. Please contact us at rawhoneyvic.orders@gmail.com with your proof of purchase, an explanation of what is wrong and photographic evidence of the issue. Please be sure to include the parcel shipping label in your photos
