Produced over two sites, this bees own blend has a lovely light butter caramel flavour (Candlebark) with a fruity finish (Ironbark). The blend occurs as we've moved the bees from one site to the next so the bees contune to store the honey varieties together before we harvest.  

Botanical Name: Eucalyptus Rubida and Eucalyptus Tricarpa.
Flavour: Butter Caramel with a fruity finish.
Place of forage: Lake Eildon National Park and Heathcote-Graytown National Park, North Central Victoria.
