Our Mount Stirling honey was produced at Mount Stirling in the Australian Alps, North-East Victoria. Mount Stirling is well known for its cattleman's hut: Craigs Hut. The honey was produced over the summer months during the flowering of the Alpine Ash (eucalyptus delegatensis) as well as numerous understory plants. The honey has a mild flavour that is Woody with Lychee fruit and a Zesty Finish.
