The RAW Ironbark honey has a light and fruity flavour. It has been foraged in the Rushworth State Forest.
This forest is very special to my family. The public-land sites have been licenced to our family since the 1950's where my great-uncle Allan and then my father have placed their bees on an annual basis for the flowering of the different eucalypts. Allan's uncle had his bees foraging in this forest in the 1930's, almost a century ago!
