Raw Grey Box with Stringybark Honey
Cold extracted & Cold bottled Raw Honey
Produced over two distinctly different forest sites this unique bees' blend of Grey Box and Red Stringybark honey is mild in strength with flavours of tropical fruits and a hint of toffee. Our bees have foraged the flowers of the two species on two different bee sites. The Stringybark flowered first during summer and the beginning of autumn within the Strathbogie State Forest in North-East Victoria. The bees were relocated at the end of this flowering event out of the mountains to the Heathcote-Graytown National Park where they have foraged mainly on the Grey Box in late-autumn. The Grey Box is the predominate honey giving this bees blend it's lighter flavour and superbly creamy texture.
