This unique 'bees own blend' has is mild strength with a flavour of tropical fruit salad with a smooth ginger finish.   

It was produced over two locations. First the bees foraged in the Lake Eildon National Park along the rivers and streams on the nectar of the Slender Tea-Tree (Leptospemum brevipes) and then after a relocation they enjoyed the warm autumn days feeding on Grey Box eucalypts in the Rushworth State Forest.
