A unique "bees own blend" of Yellow Box and Blackberry, this honey has a light, buttery flavour with a fruity finish. The bees have foraged from the Yellow Box eucalypts that grow up into the foothills of the Strathbogie State Forest, as well as the blackberry plants that have grown wild throughout much of the forest since being introduced by early explorers & settlers.
